Our products are unique pieces of art each with it’s own particular characteristics. If for any reason you are not happy with the pieces you have ordered, you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received, i.e. unworn, undamaged, with original tag, and within 7 days of receipt of order. We will refund the purchase price of the bag, but not the shipping charges. All returns should be sent to our studio address: 361 Vernon Ave. Venice, CA 90291 – using fully insured UPS or FedEx. You will need to provide us with a tracking number in order for us to process your return. Please notify us via e-mail at customerservice@marlenlugo.com. Upon examination of return, if it meets all requirements, we will refund the purchase price of the Item, back to your account within two weeks of receipt. We can not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
